 Rental Policy                                                    

Rental Policy:

RMT Moonwalks & Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to
cause damage to its equipment.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations, other than weather-related as described below in the Weather Policy, must be made at least 7 days
prior to your event or be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Delivery Policy:

Free delivery, setup, and take down in Durham; otherwise a delivery fee shall be imposed.  

Weather Policy:

In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of
your deposit.  RMT Moonwalks & Entertainment will not set up equipment in rain, snow, high wind, muddy
conditions, or temperatures below 40° F.  It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location
for your event (such as a church or school gym).  If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to
weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit.  Once we have set up the equipment, you are
then obligated to the full rental purchase.
